John Summit's debut album was exactly what I expected, safe. Sticking to his progressive and tech house production, "Comfort In Chaos" is a bit of a nostalgic record that feels like it would have been released in 2013. That being said, I don't feel like the tracks are dated or lack modern mixing, in fact, I think a majority of the tracklist here is quite excellent. It's a great album for someone like myself where it's wrapped in nostaglia, yet doesn't sacrifice quality for a more "classic" house sound.
