Lizzy, you break my heart. I listened to Give Me a Minute religiously at age 15. I thought that Five Seconds Flat was a little bit overproduced but still liked some of the songs. This one lets me down though. I wanted to like it so bad but I didn't think any of the melodies stood out to me at all and all sounded very similar. Boredom and apathy are the worst things to feel towards music.
Unfortunately they made the strongest song on the album (Permanent Rebellion) the lead single, so the rest of it just comes off kind of underwhelming. It's fine.
