More of an atmosphere series than anything. Sign of the Dub is truly a relaxing companion in setting the scene. Stalker shows true interesting insight into dubstub origins building a sense of tension that never completely picks up or releases from its grip.
Fav: Both
Spit (Vox) - Feels like a mix of atmosphere setting and a beat driven song in a dub rap format. Pleasant and interesting.
Spit (Dub)- More atmospheric beat driven cut that misses the tension that the vocal brought. The beat is extremely well put together just not something that I feel is really my speed.
South London Boroughs - Very beat driven D&B feel with an industrial burst of wind feel coming in and out.
Southern Comfort- Slower Dub feel in a very similar structure to south london boroughs
Broken Home- Slow dub glitch melodic atmospheric track of the group. At points my favorite and least favorite so far.
Nite Train- By far the most upbeat of the group. Like a fusion of broken home and south london. The production is pretty incredible. MJ sample fits super well. Probably my favorite track overall.
