I feel like I am in the depths of a darkened forest hearing the elves in the distance. So ethereal, but kind of monotonous. I love the vocals and reminds me of Cocteau Twins a lot. Wish there was a little more color within the songs, though. Give me more little licks guys!!!
Unplugged sessions should totally be a standard in an artist's discography, cause holy moly I love hearing someone interact and give a great performance. LOVE the production, too. So smooth and perfect for a chilly February morning.
Heard someone play this at a bar and HAD to know who they were. This trio does a really good job of making the avante garde more palatable and interesting. LOVE their keyboard player's style!!
