Hated Clancy, so Breach coming out so soon afterwards was cathartic to say the least. Perfectly captures the old essence of twenty one pilots while feeling like an evolution of sound. I can ignore the songs that were a miss for me as the rest stole the show anyways.
Most songs were instant hits, and then the others I quickly warmed up to.
Surprisingly inoffensive and mature compared to Short and Sweet, and very very self deprecating.
Yeah listening to the first song I immediately knew it was definitely made in 2020, it kinda captures that era of music perfectly lol like the "you so fucking precious when you smile" song. The rest of the album each song is very different to each other. It was a very fun listen a banger album. Was actually sad to see the album end
Some songs were amazing, some were an acquired taste. Lots of range. Feels like a million period pieces. It's very acoustic and soft old timey but still goes big at times. At first I rated some songs low cuz I wasn't really a fan of how her vocals kinda ignored the beat at times, but halfway through the album her voice started to give a very trumpet vibe, so I gave the low rated songs another listen and it low-key worked once I got the vibe.

Literally 2 days before I found this album, I deleted an old video I thought I wouldn't need in order to save storage. It was some random concert preshow video I recorded without knowing the band. Then Spotify gave me this album recommendation, and I realised after loving this album that this was ofc the fucking band I literally just deleted my videos to. I listened to this album and loved it not realising I heard most this shit live already.
Some these songs are too good idk I'm so ... read more
Actual chills with some of these songs, which hasn't happened to me with music in a while. The quality is consistent within the whole thing, however some songs make me wanna cry, or drop dead on the grass and sprout flowers from the gaps of my skeleton
The first vinyl I ever bought like 5 years ago. I only bought it cuz the cover looked cool. Not even joking this album is insane. Perfect music for both listening deeply and for the background. Sets a consistent vibe that still goes places. I listened to it all the time for years but never knew the names for the songs until now, because the whole thing is such a cohesive piece.
Still won't remember the track names names, the album is just a disorder of colours and sounds much like the ... read more
My first Radiohead album. Gritty but in a way that lets you in and feel it too, and once you feel it, it goes from harsh to hopeful in a way. Idk if the songs got better and better or if I just got really into it. perfect background music as i force 2 assignments in 1 day
