The first two EODM albums are way their best - grimy, rocky, funny, and unadulterated good time rock. Sure nothing ground breaking but an awful lot of greasy fun! Stand out tracks - I Want You So Hard, I Got A Feelin, Solid Gold and Chase The Devil.
If not a Bonobo high point it remains a really very good album with a pretty bewitching laid back vibe that can soundtrack any relaxed moments of your life. Stand out tracks - Days to Come, Between The Lines, Nightlife and Walk In The Sky.
One of the greatest Springsteen albums ever - on of the greatest albums ever. Not much more to say. Stand out tracks - Badlands, Adam Raised A Cain, Candy's Room, Racing In The Street, Factory, and Darkness On the Edge Of Town.
Obviously loved by many - and you can't deny the brooding atmospheric feel that dominates the album. I sound like I'm not going to love it - and I'm not sure I do 100% but is it an excellent album - oh yes. I guess my one issue (which I accept isn't totally fair perhaps) is the slight feeling of stuck in the late 80s / early 90s Brit pop / shoe gazers era which in general for some reason irritates the arse off me - this is way better than that though!
It's not the high point of Faithless albums - just a little too many weak tracks and too much lacks the wonderful Maxi Jazz. It's still got a lot of good things about it if never coming close to troubling great - it's just a bit too 'Faithless by numbers' to hit that level. Still some good tracks though - Not Going Home, Crazy Bal'heads, Tweak Your Nipple and Feelin Good. The rest honestly just a bit too average even if it' still worth having in your collection.
