genuinely fantastic, even in 2026. an incredible melancholic ride the whole way thru, a real proof-of-product for rappers who actually create loops and beats for themselves to rap over. also, very bittersweet in hindsight with all the Kanye references. regardless of Kanye's fall from grace, i cant even imagine how hard it was for Cole to criticize Kanye in 2016, and to openly feud with him 2024 as a former superfan of Kanye. never, ever meet your heroes.

pretty solid 2000s mixtape, very solid debut definitely

probably one of the only EPs where i like the cover art more than the music.

how this is listed as a compilation while the Steroids LP is a re-issue and The Powers That B is counted as a regular album is beyond me.
