this album will forever represent the essence of hip-hop. So few LPs have gone to prove themselves as this powerhouse of cultural inspiration and influentiality. Filled to the brim with bars BEYOND iconic, 36 Chambers is THE album and it's certainly one i'd show to someone wanting to get into the genre of hip hop, maybe apart from Illmatic by Nas. Literally GOATED and I don't throw that term around lightly.

goated artistry, goated personality, goated person, goated humour, goated rapper!!
Video Games stood out to me. It's an ok, a bit too generic of a record with some obvious flaws regarding songwriting, vocals and instrumentals. Some of it is grating but nothing that would make me hate Lana's music.
I liked it a lot more than I originally thought I would, it bests born to die in every possible way in my opinion. There are maybe two just ok/meh songs but the melancholic highs on this album make it an undeniably pleasant listen. Cruel World is definitely the highlight for me.
when converted into fortepianistic pieces it's much easier to hear multiple jazz influences in band's craft, a great listen for studying or so
