Overhated. Got some strong very strong songs and the worst songs are nowhere near as bad as some of the tracks Eminem has put out in the last 10 years. I think it underdelivers on the concept, despite having strong production and some of his best flows in years, the lyrics sometimes feel pointless and directionless and edgy in a way that didn’t have the same effect as his earlier work. I’d still say I enjoy it about as much as MTBMB overall though.
Krit is my favourite artist. This was unfortunately another letdown for me. When it comes to his singing, production and overall project conceptualisation, he has done very well on this project. Unfortunately, that's where my praise ends. Lyrically almost every moment on this project is definitely Krit just operating on autopilot and letting his production chops carry him through this. I mainly tend to rate albums I actually enjoy which is why my ratings are so high. Not trying to be a music critic, just giving my personal opinions because I find rating albums very enjoyable. My ratings are completely personal enjoyment.
