"all my heroes are cornballs" well ig the joke about jpeg being a cornball is my hero
but yeah this was very dissapointing. Also hot take but I kinda like the hardcore edm instrumentals, he should do more.
From sea shanties to instrumentals, Quadeca does it all
When seeing the post that he was going to release music on the third, I was totally expecting a single that was similar to VHS, but I was totally wrong.
i. finale is a much calmer track, with its piano heavily overtaking the power of the track. Its a great track, though some points feel empty.
ii. à noite is a... french track? It for sure has tastes from french jazz ambience (probably why the name is in french). Its a very ... read more
My Ghosts Go Ghost is unique, a good kind of unique
Its also a little inconsistent, but thats ok.
Theres not much else to say about the album. Double Trio 2 is INSANE, Best Interest to the end is probably a 9-10, but the first half slightly weighs it down
I feel bad for not giving it an insanely long review, because it deserves that. But yeah, thanks to the 2 other people for reading.
FAV SONGS: Dead Weight, Best Interest, Double Trio 2, And I Dance, GGG
Sometimes, music is so unique that its only description is unique. Sometimes, music is so basic that its only description is basic.
OCTANE is basic, and its up to the listener to describe how good basic is.
For me, its when the album is pretty good, but theres not really a favorite, a standout of any kind.
Yeah, thats the whole review.

one of the best movies ive seen, never watching it again.
first of all, i know its a music website, i don't give a shit.
second of all, even if you think its bad, having one person write, direct, act, edit, and distribute an indie movie that beats 8 figure budgets in the box office is insanely impressive, especially when your only source of marketing is a youtube channel.
Now to the actual review

This album would fit perfectly with the B.O.B slop gif.
Seriously tho, every time we see a BROKIE album, it always has such potential. but it just feels rushed. We've seen this with gucci mane, and we NEVER FUCKING LEARN.
Some quick notes about the project:
Every song sounds so similar, yet has such inconsistency at the same time, and FALALA! is actually somewhat unique and cool (yeah yeah, hot take my ass).
Get your shit together.

yeah nowadays this shit used to be trash. But back in the day this shit was HEAT.
This is one of those albums that needs to settle before I can actually review it, so I'm gonna do just that.
I need more brass instruments in rock.
This album brought so many forms of rock together into one large masterpiece. The way it transitions from hard-hitting ragers to emotional jazz gives me hope for the future of music in a space feared by AI.
Though the instrumental is so god damn great that it could work on its own, Harry Wilkinson still gives us strong vocals to compliment it all. The moments of drums and saxophones are just so beautiful, but my only critique is that there are few times ... read more
