Generally a pretty good consistent album other than Follow Me, that song is so shit.
The most popular britpop album, and I can see why. It's iconic, consistent, and has really high highs.
I found this album to be slightly overrated until the Cardiff reunion show, where I got the spark to relisten to it and I love it. My original complaints, Liam's voice and the guitars getting slightly grating, still remains but it doesn't impair the album as much as it originally did for me.
This is NOT an album to listen through all 22 tracks of at once. It should be 10 songs shorter, by Last Kiss, although the actual song was good I was so bored of the album and all the songs eventually blended into eachother, so this does affect my ratings on the later tracks. Her voice really lacks emotion in this version which makes it really boring and drony to listen to, and lots of these songs are way too long. Not every song needs a sappy bridge.
