Her naming the album West End Girl knowing her success in the West End was the root of his jealousy which then lead to him destroying the entire relationship is just perfection. Glad to be listening to Lily Allen again.☕️
This was horrible, but so was the Gulf War.
I would never listen to this again, but I am glad I listened to it once.
It’s good, but it’s not great. I think my expectations for Taylor are a bit more high, just because I know she can produce quality work. She is an incredible lyricist, but you wouldn’t know that by listening to this album. L
This album is more camp. Camp is fun, which is what this album is. But it’s not impressive.
She definitely took some of Sabrina Carpenter’s explicit word play and sewed it throughout the album, which was very unexpected. It was a fun touch, ... read more
Better than Short n' Sweet for sure, but that is a pretty low bar. There has always been something about Sabrina's songwriting that seems sloppy or just plain lazy. While I can appreciate her silly innuendos, is that all she can offer as a songwriter? Her vocals are great, even more so than on her previous albums. However, she has the opportunity to write songs of substance and chooses not to. I suppose this will be her thing for a bit, but I hope she delves into deeper content in the ... read more
One of my favorite albums of this century. Incredible. I cannot recommend Lizzy enough!!!
She still has some growing to do as an artist, but this is a very good start!
All Too Well 10-minute version honestly makes this LP a 100 in my head.
This album deserves a better score just because of how hard the bangers go, but she had some misses.
Doechii is underrated, not overrated. She is perfection. She is skill. She is diction. She is class. She is beauty. She is soul. She is harmony. She is style. She is everything.
The fact that she is such a good rapper, vocalist, songwriter, dancer, and actor is simply unfair. I love her.
Also, everyone is sleeping on "Beverly Hills".
Kung Fu Kenny has returned. This album was so fun, banger after banger, hit after hit. The only song on this LP I didn't like was "GNX".
"Reincarnated" has to be my favorite. The storytelling, the conversation between him and "God" in the bridge, and his vocal inflections...just EVERYTHING!!! K-dot knows what he's doing.
She is back!!! What a great album from Gaga, at least better than some of her latest albums. Still showing off her vocals while bringing back that early 2010s Monster-feel. The only songs I wasn't too fond of would be "Perfect Celebrity", "Don't Call Tonight", "The Beast", "Blade of Grass", and "Die With a Smile". Every other song was perfection.
Great album, just not her best. Still a wonderful and talented artist who can put out beautiful and catchy songs. Standouts for me would be "Ivonny Bonita" and "Papasito".
Was this album great? No. A lot of songs were misses. However, most of the songs were just not my cup of tea. Murph is definitely talented, has a great voice, and is very smart when it comes to genre mixing. Most of the people hating on this album listened to one portion of "1965" and decided to judge Murph and her entire project based on that.
Standouts from this album for me would be "The Man That Came Back", "Gucci Mane", "Touch Me Like and Gangster", ... read more
I was very disappointed to find out that "Austin" was the best track on the album...
