Even with dark works such as XXX and Atrocity Exhibition, Quaranta manages to be Danny’s most dark and personal album in his legendary catalogue. The lower pitched vocals he delivers throughout most of the tracks here greatly compliment the subject matters of each track and illustrate the dark place he’s been struggling with. The more lowkey beats & instrumentals also fit nicely given the themes of this experience. Definitely worth the wait
