Kevin waited 5 years to drop one the most divisive album of his career, which everyone considering it's his worst work. And I agree 😭 most of the songs feel soulless and with nothing interesting. The production is great in tracks like end of summer and especially Dracula (aka the best song), but some like see you on Monday are just so boring, dull and not interesting.

The first 3 songs carried the entire album. I love their indie rock vibe. The last 2 tracks aren't for me, they are 2 boring ballads I cannot connect with. I think Thomas should have the success Benson Boone has, because they both have the same public. I'm rooting for him so badly but he needs good promo and an actual hit. She got a thing about her was low-key a hit and I hope he keeps that indie pop rock direction, because it suits him so damn well

The album has a great start with "in the night" but after the 3 first songs it feels flat and dull. Is it solid? I mean, yeah. It has stand outs and good songs and the songs aren't bad itself, but some of them are repetitive and boring. I love pop music when it's well done and this pop could be so much better.
Favourites: in the night (soty), nothing new
Least favourites: lighting in a bottle, why my love (ain't enough), clear

It's a collage of different sounds and it's so inconsistent, but there are many great songs here

It's not that bad, let's be honest
The album has a great start with 3 pop bops and then wood and honey are also stand outs. There are some songs that are totally dull and bland for me though and that's why the album isn't rated higher. The lyricism could be better but songs like the fate of ophelia are so well written. She knows how to do a great pop song, but in this album she didn't prove it at all.
