Swans - Birthing
100

Got the cd. WOW another 100 for swans. I know i know. This is the most engaging thematically. Its a whole new body of swans that we haven't heard in the studio. The music has just consumed michael and all the other musicians who gave this album 110% (proofs in the pudding) showing them at their highest consistency.

Black Country, New Road - Forever Howlong
71

Nothing was really mind blowing like that last album. It was ok

Deafheaven - Lonely People With Power
81

Was expecting to not really like this as much but damn blackgaze aint no joke

Discharge - Early Demo's
NR

Its actually funny how theyre a sex pistols wannabe band here

Black Eyed Peas - The E.N.D.

I feel like if u were a child in the uk with a really bloke type dad u feel the most nostalgia listening to this. this is all i heard in the car for like 4 years

Black Country, New Road - Besties
89

Did that not expect that with the intro

Dandruff - Practice Of Sati
NR

Wow he sounds good

Bodychoke - Cold River Songs [Remastered]
96

“Bodychoke” is an accurate representation of what this album offers. Its abrasive filled with gut wrenching vocals and dense instrumentals with good range of guitar techniques and great effect work

Swans - LIVE ROPE
99

Listened to it 15 seconds at a time with instagram. Might need a 2nd listen for a score
Finally got my cd and i fell asleep during the end so i had to listen to birthing and cathedrals of heaven again.

The Cure - Songs of a Lost World
83

WOW 400th rating. i was trying to save it for the new swans live album but this is also a good choice

Machiavellian Art - INDOCTRINATION SOUNDS
83

Local to my area. Proper good stuff

Current 93 - All the Pretty Little Horses
88

I dont know the context of this record but i sat through it on a car ride in the countryside and when “the inmost light itself” i felt petrified and felt a sacred nuance within the land i was in and a vision of it being burnt down

Magdalena Bay - Imaginal Disk
90

Poor lady got attacked by white snake. Shes lost her memories ;(

Quadeca - I Didn't Mean to Haunt You
NR

I think the craziest part about this is that quadeca did a song with THOR HARRIS. QUADECA AND SWANS ARE CONNECTED

First sprain, now black midi. Crazy
