Kendrick smoked him. Just straight smoked him. Drake dropped Family Matters - it was great. He put Kendrick in a blender. It was a show, and I loved it. Then Kendrick comes out with this, and it's just unreal. He goes for the jugular. Brilliant track in every way. I'm going to be listening to the Drake-Kendrick Feud soundtrack for a long time lmfao
I've got no horse in this race. I'm not a Drake fan, and I like Kendrick but wouldn't go as far as to say I'm a fan necessarily. So I can honestly say I don't care who "wins" this beef. That being said, this song puts Kendrick in a blender. Part I and Part III contain some of the hardest hitting slander I've ever heard. I've got no idea how long Drake had to work on this, but damn. It's disrespect done in the most brilliant way.
Considered a classic for a reason, I've found myself coming back to this album with new perspectives every few years.
