Any fan of The Cab hoping Chasing Crowns would equal, or top the likes of 2008 Whisper War, or 2011 Symphony Soldier albums will be disappointed. In no way is Chasing Crowns the disaster that was Lock Me Up EP all the way back in 2014, but unfortunately the worst elements of that EP are carried over into this album. White Scorpion is a J-Pop, girl group consisting of eleven members. As I am unfamiliar familiar with White Scorpion, and girl groups in general I can't make a fair assessment how it stacks up against other in the same genre. Yet, despite my lack of experience in this genre I do feel this was a positive listening experience for me.
