So zany and goofy, Zappa goes off the walls throwing so much in your fucking face that it becomes less annoying and more of just pure genius.
My new favorite album of all time, basic pick I know but music peaked here. Always been a top 5 record ever but happy to move it up to the tippy top. It’s literally a double album and you couldn’t cut down one god damn song from this, unbelievable. An album that takes you on a fun and spiritual journey, giving you reasons why life is worth living, focusing on optimistic outcomes and what a better world looks like.
This shit is fregles to the max and I love it! This is a normal person 3/10 and its a polarizing album but my god and I'm in for the ride!
One of the most stacked albums, genuinely just good written songs and that great 70s sound I've always digged.
Overrated not gonna lie but "The Big Sky" and "Cloudbursting" are pop masterpieces.
When I first heard “Clancy”, I was so disappointed besides the peak song that is “First Semester”. Nowadays, I appreciate it so much more with the great album sequencing. All the songs are more consistent than I thought they were last time, with some new highlights on the way. I think “Scaled and Icy”, “Blurryface” and “Trench” might be better, but I’m happy coming back around to this fun one.

Perfect Pop Album with beautiful production and so much personality. Used to love the big songs on here as a kid, but as I got older and having the vinyl, I appreciate this whole goddamn album.

While I believe people will say “Pet Sounds” is their best, I’m a “Sunflower” boy at heart.
This album didn’t do well commercially, but this enraptures everything I love about a sunny day and the sound of the Beach Boys. Life changing album.
I maybe in the minority when I say the TITLE TRACK IS GARBAGGEE. Feels like a thousand years long and does nothing interesting with experimentation.
“Piper at the Gates of Dawn” great album no doubt, but this….. the band messing with shit in the studio, taking way too much acid and making forgettable jams.
