The greatest journey I've ever been to.
Honestly, Chime was always a hit-or-miss artist for me. Some tracks of theirs clicked on me, some didn't. However, somehow, this album has managed to throw away any doubts I ever had, and single-handedly made Chime one of my favorite artists of all time. Everything about this record is perfection. The storytelling, emotional impact, world-building, sound design, variety, fun… it's all there. Considering the fact that it's the ... read more

The distorted and oversaturated nature of the production really adds to the intensity of these emotions, and I adore ... read more
I am positively surprised by this EP. The tracks are very fun to listen, the flow is definitely here, the melodies are nice (especially in the first and last track of the project), and the production doesn't feel too bland nor empty. This is exactly what I want from riddim.
