Well, this is a nice surprise!

Never listened to Jamila Wood´s music before, but the rating here made me curious. The album's R&B and soul fusion in the first half impresses, with standout tracks like Tiny Garden, Practice and Send A Dove. The latter half loses some momentum, but Backburner and Good News make up for it.

A must-listen for R&B and soul enthusiasts.

Quavo takes off with rocket power 🚀

On Rocket Power, Quavo shows a different side of him. Reflecting on what has been a shaken year for the Atlanta rapper. Quavo sounds more focused than ever before. The album circling around the death of friend / nephew and migos-member Takeoff.

Heartfelt songs like 11.11 and Greatness are the highlights of the record. I think Without You would have been a great track that matches the album perfectly.

The high rating on AOTY got my attention. Even though I don't think it's justified, dude definitely has potential. Hope to hear more from him in the future.
