This song is quite different to anything I have ever heard from twenty one pilots, and it's quite nice. The chorus really shines here, and the slow down in the second half is great, but the verses can get a bit repetitive. I'm getting more and more hyped for the full album, and I'm hoping the quality stays consistent. Some cool, and a bit on-the-nose, callbacks to Trench and great production really make this track for me - the rapping/singing reminds me of Trench which is *hopefully* a good sign. The transition into the slow-down is great too. Pretty good opener to a continuation of their universe, light hype for the new album.

Kanye's return to music is no where near as exciting or interesting as his past work. Donda outpaces this album in almost every way, and even that album had its fair share of flaws. If only this was on Smoke + Mirrors (if only Imagine Dragons stuck to this sound and kept improving it). This would def be top 1 on Smoke + Mirrors for me if this wasn't a demo, still a great song, reminds me of the good parts of Imagine Dragons.
