Kendrick Lamar was the first foray into hip-hop music I had - when I was 12, I was listening to my Spotify discover weekly, and "Hol' Up" came on. One of the best black midi songs imo. Really fucking solid.

Think you need the video to really completely experience this, but my god is it a brilliant song. Hope this is a sign of things to come.
