Muse Discography Review #3 (yep, sorry I kinda forgot I was doing this)

Muse continues to build on their rock opera sound, fresh from Origin of Symmetry and take it down an apocalyptic dark environment, which reminds me a lot of Linkin Park’s 'A Thousand Suns’. This, however runs much deeper because it was released around the same time as the Iraq War and it carries the undertones of the end of the world. The songwriting was really good, Matt Bellamy continues to shine on the vocals as usual and I absolutely love the piano solos sprinkled across this record. My only complaint would be it’s a tad bit too long, and my attention kind of dwindles and dies out by the time we reach the last quarter of this album. Nevertheless, it’s a really good piece of work.

Liked Tracks - Pretty much all of them apart from Fury
