Out of all the cover songs she's done, this one has to be my favourite
I've listened to this countless of times now and this feels more like a greatest hits album. Every song on here is excellent and stands out on its own.
Pretty solid album. Starts off very strong, especially with its opening track (probs one of her best songs), but slightly dips in quality towards the middle, then picks itself back up towards the end.
This album got me through a very rough time during my senior year. Holds a very special place in my heart.
With almost 20 tracks, I was honestly surprised that it wasn’t a slog to get through. It starts off incredibly strong and sustains that quality all the way to the end. Blown away by how good this is. Balls to the wall, nothing but bangers.
Every time I listen to this my consciousness transcends and drifts to another dimension or something. One of the greatest pop songs of this century (so far) imo.
When I was young my dumbass thought MJ was on "I love your smile."
Pretty fun RnB album tho. Has a decent selection of songs, albeit a couple of duds.
I hope to find a physical copy of this without paying exorbitant prices. Maybe one day.
