One of his greatest releases with a collection of songs that displays someone's love of home. I've always enjoyed Sufjan's music due to how much spirituality, home, and family mean to him and its perfectly seen the music. There's not a single bad song on this record.
One of my most favorite egg punk bands right now. High energy music that doesn't pull back on trying something different with the use of keyboard.
Greatest inspiration for my own writing that has continued to be one of my most favorite records and bands since 2007. Shame Shade as Concrete and Crowquill stand out for their unique lyrics while maintaining to say aggressive over their harsh vocals.
