I respect their musicianship but this album was generic, cliched, and just overall bland. I started off decent but quickly became a snooze fest. I will say I really enjoyed the closing track "gg". It was an emotional listen. I also liked the intro track. It caught me by surprise.

Weakest track: Tom Holland Oates
Full disclosure. I am not a fan of this whole wave of British experimental artsy punk. Cannot stand Idles or Shame. I came into this album thinking I wouldn't like it but to my surprise it wasn't actually that bad. It was actually fine. Good instrumentation and song writing. Really enjoy the vocal performance and the jazzy moments with the horns as well.
