WOW, this is amazing. I haven't listened to Skrillex since his Bangarang and Scary Monsters days since I was really into dubstep back then. This album is weirdly nostalgic for me and remains extremely fresh for its entire runtime.
This is going to be the Rap album of the year I'm calling it right now.
Honestly phenomenal album. I love the weird and off-the-wall sampling on the first disc and how the second disk is a complete 180 from that but still just as great if not better.
One of the most underrated albums of the year so far. Haven't stopped listening to it since it dropped and it only grows on me more and more with every listen
I don't care that this isn't "finished" it sucks anyways and fuck Kanye. He has completely ruined his legacy and everything that made him good in the first place.
Yeah, I was initially wrong about this album. It was the song "never meant" that sold me on the album to begin with I've always loved that song.
Let’s put the controversy aside for a second and assess the music itself. It’s bland, boring, uninspired, and a chore to get through like the rest of his discography.
Yup, everyone was right, this really is one of the best black metal albums ever.
Just looked up the lyrics to the first song and it's just about how bad they want to have anal sex. Consider me sold on the album!
Re: I need more time with the album, it's honestly a dense listen. Nonetheless it's an extremely impressive debut
Wow this sucks. I don't even consider this a Cannibal Ox record since it's mostly just Vast Aire who just sounds stuck in 2001 lyrically and production wise.
