Not Even Happiness was one of my favourite albums of last decade and this is everything I could have wanted in a follow up. The most beautiful album of the year and just a contender for AOTY in general.
Key tracks: The Greater Wings, Summer Glass, Flare
She snapped. Her chord progressions and melodies... this is not something she just fucking made. This is some professional... this shit is in different areas, what the fuck!
Highlights: As the World Turns, This Time Around, Crossing, Aeroplane
Though not as good as 2016's AOTY Puberty 2, Mitski once again proves herself to be one of the finest songwriters we have, presenting 13 immaculately-written and concise songs about love and loneliness. There's a new experimental pop gal in town and she snapped! magazine editor FKA twigs is shaking. Not much on the first listen, but it gets better with time. I love her voice and her more subtle approach to production and arrangement.
Highlights: Fine Again, Gladly, Holding On, Devotion, Say When, Reach
Lowlights: BASIC need
Lovely. Keep on keepin' on, Beach Gods.

Queen of Pop has done it again with another outstanding record. Her vocals are better than ever and the production is flawless. Your poor faves could never.

Hmm, this is cute but I'mma have to give this a 6 right now because I can't find a stream so it can't grow on me. Put it on spotify bitch.
Highlights; Back, Baby; Moon Dude
Yas Natalie.
It's only nine songs but that's because there's no filler at all. Each track is masterfully constructed and there's something to love about all of them. I will never be over this album. 9/10
