A legendary mixtape that put ASAP Rocky and cloud rap into the map. 15 tracks with no misses, no filler, full of personality and a unique aesthetic. Rocky's performances are charismatic and Clams Casino's production is superb all throughout. This reissue is the definitive version of the project due to the addition of "Sandman", a top 5 Rocky song at minimum. I do think ALLA reaches higher highs as an album overall and is the definitive ASAP Rocky project, however if this is ... read more
Here's the thing: This album is indeed objectively trash, but it's trash in a much different way to Habibti. It's so goofy & unserious that it never gets boring. I genuinely got a lot of chuckles & danceable moments out of these horrifying tracks so at least it was a somewhat pleasant listen. This is also why I have "Cheetah Print" as my 2nd favorite btw, I was laughing the whole way through. That's how this album should be approached to get anything out of ... read more
Listening to Don't Be Dumb immediately made me wanna revisit this classic while a couple drinks deep, what a STACKED tracklist maaaaan, Joe Fox is an absolute legend for his contributions here and the production is unmatched. Rocky's magnum opus 100%. The only reason it's not a 100 is because it does kinda drop off after "Wavybone" but the first two thirds are just so peak and "Jukebox Joints" will probably end up as my most played song of the year, I wish I ... read more

Disc 2 is somewhat weak but Disc 1 is the more consequential and outside of "STFU" it's consistently great with some absolute top tracks for Rocky's discography. It's an experimental album, which is always nice and it mostly hits but I would've liked a bit more cloud rap production which is where Rocky ... read more
I normally love Brent at his most toxic but this is still a very solid project. It's concise, there's no filler, it's well-produced and Brent's vocals are as soothing as ever. The bonus tracks add a lot to the overall rating, especially "Full Moon" which is the best song on the album by a decent distance even though the Rocky version somewhat overshadows it.
