This album is solid overall, I just think that it has the same problem that Armeggedon had, that it's not cohesive. The only songs that actually fit the theme to me are Shakin', Bite, and Switchblade. I think if it was just the title and those songs in an EP, I wouldn't be complaining. Oh my GOD, this is freaking amazing. A better single than drop dead for sure, at least for me. The way she sings in this is genuinely so addicting to listen to as usual, especially in the beginning of the song. Everything about this is just something I could listen to daily and nonstop. I can't believe that people keep saying that her music sounds the same...like where? Name one song that sounds like this. Anyway, what I fully agree with is that this was not what I expected. To have this come out after Blue Valentine just makes me think...finally. I thought this with that album, that yes, people are finally listening to Nmixx and giving them the love they deserve, but for this to come out after and be almost just as beautiful (it'll probably be tied after more listens)...just makes me so happy and proud.
