"2000 EXCURSION" meanders between two beats in a very jarring fashion, has some of the most painfully bad delivery I've ever heard from Travis and Sheck (is Travis just doing an impression of Drake on "MELTDOWN"???), and vocals sound really weird in places (just listen at around 0:43 to hear what sounds like an unmixed "ayy" ad-lib???). Random noises in the beat, a weird echo from Don's chorus repeating and bleeding into Sheck's verse... I had to listen twice through my laptop and once in headphones, just to make sure I wasn't going insane.
Then the track fades into what sounds like an okay outro, to then be jarred back into the other beat. I don't understand what was trying to be achieved here, and whatever it was, it didn't hit the mark for me.
This has severely reduced any hype I had for JACKBOYS 2. What did I just listen to???
