he took half the things wrong with AJR, embraced it, and made a full length album where the songs sound 60-70% the same the entire time. I'm the type of person that is very hit or miss when it comes to Glaive. I thought a lot of his work on May It Never Falter was easily his best yet, most mature, most emotionally intense, and while he may never make music that is my go-to style, its got deep lyrics and is an enjoyable experience. In his debut album, grentperez gives us the most complete musical experience we've received from him thus far. While at times it leaves more to be desired, its highs and general consistency really brings it all together. While there was no clear standout song to me, the songs I enjoyed the most were Girl at the Station, Fuzzy Feeling, and Dandelion.
