I will never, ever, ever understand the hype for this 'artist'. Just seems like a female wannabe Kendrick Lamar with the most unfathomably corny lyrics ever. She sings far better than she raps
has some really good performances from travis and some really lackluster ones
Not a whole lot to say but I feel really strongly about it, this could have been an incredible album if it weren't for on some tracks Tron sounds like his verses were recorded on an iPhone and the mixing is bad, but you could tell the song WOULD be good if it weren't for pure laziness. Overall still good album.
Fair Trade is a phenomenal song
The rest of this album is complete dogshit except for a select few others being alright.
Really high quality music from Denzel as per usual
Delete this shit NOW. Disgrace to J. Cole’s discography. Really difficult listen.
Kanye and his most consistently quality collaborators come together to make a really consistent, quality album. Who would’ve guessed? Same with ye, I wish it was longer. It had potential to be both artists’ best album.
I wish it was longer honestly. We see a lot of the most emotional Kanye performances in 10 years on this album.
This album is very intentionally messy, in the best way possible. This album features lots of amazing rapping performances from Kanye and all features with unique, upbeat production.
No More Parties In LA is Kanye’s best song.
The first 5 tracks are some of Kanye’s most unique songs and are also very quality. Sadly, I can’t say the same for the last 5. Almost all of them are skips for me, I just can’t get to like them.
The most expensive Hip-Hop album ever made - and it shows.
This is genuinely the best Hip-Hop album I have ever listened to. Every song is beautiful and just a straight up fucking banger. Kanye comes into this album with lots of heat in the first few tracks and the features like Rick Ross on “Devil In A New Dress” just completely blow me away every time.
Arguably Kanye’s best album and in my opinion arguably the best Hip-Hop album of the 2000s decade. After Kanye’s massive success with The College Dropout, he switches up the atmosphere in his next album for the better, but continues to stick to his iconic, catchy production style.
He delivers a consistently perfect track list, banger after banger after banger after banger. Phenomenal features like Nas on We Major, Lupe Fiasco on Touch The Sky, and I can go on and on. Although, I ... read more
Okay album. I’m a massive Ye and Ty fan so I’m a little biased, but the main thing I have to say is that this albums lyrical content is not good at all. With that, the production is still solid and Ty really poured his heart into this album. All of his performances were always solid and he was consistent with them too.
The second half of the track list is leagues better than the first half as well. Anyway, It was a fairly disappointing “comeback album” for Ye but I ... read more
