ACCIDENTALLY REACHED A FLOW STATE WHILE LISTENING TO THIS... gorgeous cover too

Lorde - Virgin

Let me start this off by saying this was originally going to be a pretty negative review. The first time I listened through the first half of this album I did not like it at all. I feel like a lot of artists recently (especially a certain tall blonde one) have become so pretentious with their writing to make themselves seem super deep, serious, and intellectual when in reality it just looks like they plucked a bunch of random words out of a dictionary and hoped they’d make sense."
