New Age, hippie garbage.
I love this album! This is an album of very enjoyable songs. Tate Emmons is a very talented 13-year-old artist. He may only be thirteen, but he's a very good vocalist (IMO) and he also wrote or co-wrote 6 of the 10 songs on this album. This album was a very pleasant surprise for me and a great way to start off 2024, musically. I just didn't expect a 13-year-old to be this good. While I enjoy all the songs on this album, my favorite tracks are "Temptations", "The Original ... read more
Great song! My number 4 most listened to song of 2023 on Spotify Wrapped.
This is the third single from the new group Lauren, Amber & Kenna (Lauren Talley, Amber Eppinette Sanders, & Kenna Turner West). Amber Eppinette Sanders sings lead on this one. Amber is great vocalist, but Lauren is my favorite. So, I wish Lauren would have sung lead on this one (and every one), but Amber is still great and I enjoy the song. It's interesting to see Lauren back in a group again (in addition to her solo career) after The Talleys retired in 2020. I can't wait until the ... read more
Sylvester Stallone's brother is a very good crooner. I really enjoy this album of standards.
Johannes is a truly amazing guitarist and I love his mix of international styles, Spanish guitar with Afro-Cuban, Middle Eastern, Latin American and tropical. A genre is hard to classify for him. Some classify him as New Flamenco or World. However you classify him genre wise, he's an incredibly talented guitarist.
The title track is the only track that appeals to me, but it's a classic track. It's a beautiful, timeless song that still sounds as great today as it did over 42 years ago when it was released. I miss beautiful songs like this. They just don't make songs like this anymore. I've been listening to it a lot lately. Today's music can't compare.
I am not disappointed with this at all. I'm really enjoying it and it's definitely one of my favorite albums of 2023 so far.
This soul legend is 83 years old now and he can still sing. I like this one a lot.
I absolutely love the title cut but I don't care much for the rest of the album.
Definitely one of the best country singers! My favorite track is "I've Got a Right to Cry".
An album of new age chants is definitely not for me. I can't imagine what she was thinking when she decided to make this career move. It was the great country song "Blue" that made her famous. I wish she would get back to that style of music. Why she decided to go new age is a mystery to me.
This album has 10 vocal tracks and then 10 instrumentals of the same songs. I personally like the instrumental versions of the songs the best.
Beautiful Henry Mancini tunes sung beautifully by his daughter, Monica.
