On her second solo album Björk comes over with big band sounds in "It's Oh So Quiet", links to her Debut album as in "Enjoy"; ambient sounds as in "Possibly Maybe", catchy rhythms and gripping trumpets as in "I Miss You" and industrial appearing sounds as in the opener "Army of Me" and much else.
Actually I could put each song on my favourites list, there are barely weak pieces to find. Post sounds with its genre-mix of house, industrial, experimental, trip hop, IDM, downtempo, big band and what have you next to like a total artwork, it's almost a masterpiece. Maybe the last two tracks are a bit under the high level of the rest - or not? Try "Headphones" with headphones, maybe it thrills.
