Drum n bass electronic guitar sound. It doesn't overstay its welcome and has some cool ideas. Solid stuff. Everyone should listen to 'Umri' at least once.

So I'll just preface this by saying that this was super hyped up to me for years and so I finally sat down and listened to it with high expectations. There are really cool sounds on this project. This is straight up boring, I'm sorry, I went into this with an open mind. Lyrics are a disgrace, we all know that they can do much better I just don't think they even care anymore. There are some good moments on this, I can't thrash it all the way but overall feeling that I have is that I wasted 40 minutes and 2 seconds of my life. I don't know what they are thinking but I will not be excited for the next Imagine Dragons album.

Ohhhh maaaan, this was so good musicianship wise. It's a super intricate metalcore. The problem that I personally have with this album is that I don't like this type of vocals. But if you like extreme metal, you are going to love this. The breakdowns on this album are insane. Even the interlude, Anesthesia, was amazing. Standout tracks for me were Old Data in a Dead Machine, Doomtech and End Eternal, with Doomtech probably being the most intricate piece on this record. The guitar sections of ... read more
