The way Gucci sequenced an album like this is pretty clever from a label standpoint. Gucci, for awhile now, has made it clear that he has made it. Wop has gotten to a point in his life he dreamed of, and now, not only does he want to try and produce heat while he's there, but he wants to give a chance to other artists, something he's done for years. Alan's beats are better than usual, like WAY better. They achieve the actual "atmosphere" that I see people who praise him talk about. Additionally, not only are they good beats in general, they're REALLY good for Conway. Dark, cinematic, and grimy enough to support Conway's usually cold-blooded bars.

Initially really enjoyed a good handful of the tracks here but in retrospect while there are a lot of moments I really fuck with, it's still so inconsistent across the board. Some shit goes really hard and the rest is just super uninteresting. Better than the EP he dropped this year, I guess. Granted, the moments I do like I like a lot. Veins, Deep Blue, Click of a Button are all just pretty hard tracks. Additionally, shit like HotHeaded is admirable even if I dont really vibe wit it.

Im finna refuse ANYBODY that tell me this is bad. Because I can totally understand why someone might not like this but I don't care this is good. Better trio than the Migos right here. Every song is just super entertaining in some way and that comes primarily from the combination of Lil Keed's dumbass voice and Zay's cinematic production. Really great trap album i like the production. Mixing is kinda weird but the bars are tight.

This is prolly some of the best Mustard production I've heard in a LONG TIME.

Is it amazing? God no, its DJ fucking Mustard. Mans name is literally Dijon.
