one of my favorite songs of all time, my dad used to play this song for me when i was really little. of course, i never understood the lyrics. until one night when i listened and bawled my eyes out to this song because, as i grew up, it felt like the song grew up with me.

this album picks me up and takes me places id never thought id want to see. the guitar melodies sweep me away into and endless drift of desolation and hopelessness. the sounds weaving together to create scenes of war and hatred, all while sounding magnificant and grander than anything they've done since the beautiful blissful "lift your skinny fists like antennas to heaven" this album shows me the underbelly of humanity. masterpiece.

I will admit, I like dubstep. In fact I used to LOVE dubstep, back in 2022 it was the only music I listened to. As a matter of fact I’ve heard of syzy before. his EP plz enjoy music was one of my favorite dubstep eps back when I used to listen to it. So when I heard that an album he released was getting some decent traction on this site I was pleasantly surprised.

Maybe the best pop album ever made, it just sounds so good the whole way through, the atmosphere is just immaculate

im gonna be honest this will probably go up as i listen to the album, simply because the expansive world building of GYBE isnt something you can just let yourself fall into in 6 minutes, but as it stands this is still a very solid song and i am excited to hear the full album
