Best: I Ain't Got Time!
Worst: Garden Shed
Foreword: The first line of the whole album is "Bitch, Fuck" which I think is hilarious to me. After that you get to experience and digest the production which is really good. Tyler then raps really well. Rex Orange Country then sings a beautiful bridge into Tyler's next verse. Tyler raps really well here as well. After Rex Orange Country finished and you get to digest the beautiful instrumental.
Where This Flower Blooms: At the beginning you can hear Tyler's masterful production again. Tyler then raps with a fantastic flow. Frank Ocean then quickly switches into his verse and then the perfect beat drop happens after that. Tyler then raps again. His verse is again really good. Frank Ocean then sings again. After that is over, Tyler drops his final verse in this song, which is his best on the song. The song ends again with a beautiful instrumental.
See You Again: The most streamed song from this album for a good reason. The song opens up with Tyler singing. He sings a really good verse with a good lyrics about love. Tyler then switches his voice into another great singing performance with great lyrics about love again. Kali Uchis then sings a beautiful chorus that works really well with Tyler. The beat then suddenly drops and Tyler raps and has a perfect verse and has again perfect lyrics about love. It then ends how it started with Tyler and Kali both singing. Overall, this song hits really hard for me, because of its lyrics and how good the song generally is.
Who Dat Boy: This song has more of an aggressive mood compared to the other beautiful and peaceful songs. The song opens up with a trumpet and slowly adds more instrumental to make up a futuristic vibe. Tyler then starts rapping really aggressively and hard. A$AP Rocky and Tyler both work together for the chorus. You can def see their chemistry right in this chorus. A$AP then has a really hard and memorable verse. A$AP has an amazing flow in this verse as well. The chorus then happens again. Tyler and A$AP then rap back and forth on a verse to close an amazing song with an amazing verse.
Pothole: Tyler opens with the song with a verse with pretty cool rhyme schemes. The chorus then happens with Jaden Smith who has a really unique voice compared to Tyler's. Tyler then has another verse which has around the same vibe as the first. The chorus happens again, but me personally this chorus does get pretty annoying. The instrumental then shows the masterful production of Tyler again.
Garden Shed: Estelle opens up the song with an good singing performance. Tyler also has a good singing performance. Estelle then sings again, which is again good. You then get hit with another instrumental. Tyler then starts rapping over a beautiful beat. Tyler verse is pretty good, but nothing special though.
Boredom: Rex Orange County and Anna both open up with pretty good singing performances. Tyler then starts rapping. The verse is pretty good. The song then stops to highlight Tyler saying "bored." The chorus is then sung by Rex and Anna. Tyler then starts rapping. Another pretty good verse from Tyler. Rex and Anna then close off the song. IDK why but like I feel like this song would hit pretty hard for when I'm bored and then I pull up this song.
I Ain't Got Time: The songs opens up with someone saying "God I love this sample," and you know what me too. The sample is one of the best whole album. Tyler then starts rapping the hardest (for me) the whole album. The way Tyler raps and the way the sample hits so hard and the background vocals make this song so good. After the chorus, Tyler then raps again. After this Tyler says "Tick Tock" for a couple seconds. Tyler then has another verse where he says "I've been kissing white boys since 2004," fire bars. Again the verse is absolute perfection. The songs ends with an early snippet of the best song of CMIFYGL, Sweet/ I Thought You Wanted to Dance. This song is so good and perfect.
911: Opens up with the Tyler singing. The beat then slightly drops with Tyler then singing the chorus, which is such a vibe. Tyler then starts rapping over a fire beat with an even firer flow. Steve Lacy then sings pretty good with Anna. Frank Ocean the sings with a fire performance. Tyler then ends the song with another fire verse.
Mr. Lonely: Apparently Schoolboy Q opens up this part. Then the best beat I've ever heard in a while starts playing. Tyler raps over this right away with a fire verse. Tyler raps pretty fast and his verse is really good as well. I can't really choose which parts is better just like his other two part fire songs.
Droppin' Seeds: This is an "interlude" but the song is pretty good. Lil Wayne raps with a pretty good flow and then Tyler raps pretty well too.
November: A really good beats starts playing. Tyler then starts rapping really well on this track. Tyler also has a pretty notable flow here. The song then switches to different artists saying what notable thing happened in their November. Tyler then raps again, pretty well.
Glitter: This songs opens up with a beautiful singing performance from Tyler. Tyler then sings a beautiful chorus. Tyler then raps really well. Tyler then sings another beautiful verse. Beat switches to another Tyler verse, but this time it's not as good and sounds a bit weird since he is using a deep voice. The songs then ends with a pretty good instrumental.
