Not that remarkable SynthAxe wankery...
First half grabs some midwest influences, by the second half turning into a more traditional post-rock album. Nice listen, but nothing truly remarkable to write history about.
Nice record.
Would've been GREAT if the obnoxiously loud ear screeching trumpet wasn't there....
Look, I'm not gonna pretend this is their magnum opus or anything. Most tracks are kinda "eventful" anyways, they let you wanting more or waiting for them to conclude on anything. But, I can't say this is sucks ass either. There are good tracks on there such as "A Life Left Behind", "A New Beginning", "Moment Of Betrayal" & "Heaven's Cove" my favorite being the third of those examples.

How can this album be so hilariously bad, while also having one of the most beautiful songs I've heard in my life?
It's like the perfect evolution from Infinite Granite, following that tendency and marrying it perfectly with black metal.
Well, that's actually what they been doing since the beginning, but this feels different. A story was told with this album.
It's got a particularly heavier, more slow and epic feel. Some passages are reminiscent of Alcest's discography, but it's not obvious either. "Amethyst", "Winona" and "The Marvelous Orange Tree" ... read more
Pretty energetic and quite experimental, but the cutout sounds seemed little bit unnecessary at moments. Last song slaps though.
GY!BE are one of the masters at delivering such powerful messages without saying a word. "NO TITLE" is probably their quitessential post hiatus record. Featuring their usual crescendos and interludes, this is a hell of an emotional rollercoaster that requires no prior preambles to someone listening this band for the first time: I'm pretty sure they'll get it right away.
An album that perfectly captures the atmosphere of a foggy day in some desolate field.
Probably the most sincere music I've ever heard in my life. If an album could be described as emotion, it's this one.
Melancholy and dispair turned into beauty.
Gorgeous passages of music take you on an expressive journey though space. While resulting in a very enjoyable one, it lacks a little bit of a climax and feels a little bit disjointed at moments, even when listening to the full "two pieces" version. Musicianship however is top notch as always.
