UNDERRATED!!! This is my favorite Emo album ever as of right now. This is what Emo will sound like in the future istg.
I hated this on first listen. I thought it was okay on the second listen. Now it is a ten.
Beautiful, layered, and harrowing. His best project so far. I hope he continues making songs like Forgone and Natural Causes.
My favorite Cobb album and my favorite album of the year thus far. I am excited to listen to this album in fall, as some of these tracks are really fitting for that vibe.
Good return to form after the mediocrity of their last two albums, very much looking forward to the album.
I don’t know why I love this album so much but this is everything I didn’t know I needed in an album.
Just reviewed this on YouTube
If only there was a vapor-wave/plunderphonics/house album about corporate consumerism, corruption, and greed.
Completely biased but this is one of my favorite albums of all time
Favorites: Implicit Demand for Proof, The Pantaloon, Addict With a Pen, Friend Please, March to the Sea, Oh Ms. Believer, Air Catcher, Trapdoor, A Car A Torch A Death, Taxi Cab, Before You Start Your Day
Least Favorite: Isle of Flightless Birds
This album is one of the most atmospheric things I’ve ever listened to, it feels like an auditory movie.
Fuck Will Butler though.
This album floors me. It blends every element of music I enjoy into a cohesive, 45 minute experience. I think this is one of the most perfectly flowing albums I have ever listened to. I think that Bright Eyes in general are underrated, especially given their clear influence on much of the indie scene. This project has become one of my absolute favorites.
Jenna’s Version is significantly better than this version
I’m a Quadeca meat rider, but bro is really out here dropping album of the year in February. From the absolutely gorgeous Guide Dog to the ethereal banger of Even If I Tried, there is not a miss on the album. The sound somehow manages to stay cohesive while all being completely different. The features on the album are probably his best ever. Quad really struck it out of the park with this one. The only thing that keeps it from being a 100/100 is the placement of Guess Who in the ... read more
I didn’t like this album on my first listen, I thought the vocals were mixed too quietly and the album was overdramatic. I listened a second time, about a month later, right after getting out of a toxic relationship, and cried my eyes out. This has been one of the most emotionally impactful albums I’ve listened to, and though it is far from perfect, its sheer beauty and weight make it mean that much more.

A symptom of how hard crypt has fallen. He took one of the worst songs of the year and made it worse. No crypt, no.
This is one of the worst albums I’ve ever heard. Everything that made crypt corny has turned up to fucking 11. Joey has gotten worse at producing somehow?!? Everything on this album sounds overblown, like the rap equivalent to fucking imagine dragons. Nato carried but realistically it’s like a piece of dental floss trying to stop the gargantuan pile of shit from running down the mountain. I used to love crypt, this album disillusioned me. Track one is boring and has a shitty hook. ... read more
