Much more cohesive than his first mixtape, and this also feels less as a mixtape than the first one did. But it still has those goofy vibes to it, like using beats from other albums [Last call, Dead Presidents II]. But overall this is good, even with its problems. The main plus of this is Cole's well above average rapping ability.
