GELO - Tweaker

catchy tune but insanely annoying. nice music video.

JENNIE - ExtraL

The song is slightly annoying but I can't undermine the immense effort both artists put in to their Tersehey both ate and it's solid K-pop music, though not revolutionary.

Noah Kahan - Stick Season (Forever)
95

Fire features and an album to play on a melancholy, calm hiking trip, especially when the skies are gray. On just for anytime

Chappell Roan - The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess
90

`Listen to this album no matter what your sexuality is, because it brings everything a catchy but introspective pop album should have to the table. Chappell Roan may join the big leagues of the 2020s

21 Savage - american dream
72

Although the production is on key- either on 21's solo songs or his Metro features- and 21 Savage's rapping continues to be stagnant for many songs producing several duds and skips- especially the first half. However, 21 delivers several bangers that are quintessential contributions to his discography, such as the vulnerable story Letter to My Brudda", the genre-blending "Red Sky", and the track that intertwines all the tracks together- "Dark Days", which ... read more

Sabrina Carpenter - Short n' Sweet (Deluxe)
93

The original album was bop after bop after bop, incorporating witty lyrics, storytelling and personality with catchy tunes- country, pop and rock included-, hyper and calm tracks, and pristine production. The deluxe version provides 2 fun party dance songs, a fun remix (though some people may not enjoy that it is slower), and 2 slower, self-critiquing tracks that encapsulate the pop country genre very well (must listens). Also, incredible vocal versatility.

Kendrick Lamar - GNX
75

Although the energy is there, the album falls shorter on production, lyricism and personal experience than Kendrick's other albums. It's an enjoyable listen by a rap goat, but I prefer TPAB, GKMC, >>

Tate McRae - So Close To What
74

Well-crafted album with a beautiful mix of bangers and personal ballads. Production can't go wrong and complements Tate's airy, baby-like voice.

Decently versatile production and raps for a trap album. Features are solid and play a significant role in the songs they are in, and Future continues to showcase his sound.

"Agree better than brat. 7 Years is a top 5 song by her"
On cayin's review of Lady Gaga - Die With A Smile
"Yeah this song is so balls. Gaga and Bruno put no effort into cultivating this into ANYTHING, just an enticing money grab to occasionally play at slow dances and on TikTok just because two of the biggest pop artists have collabed. It's not even fun in retrospect to their other collabs- like APT or Shallow."
On Mellope's review of Magdalena Bay - Imaginal Disk
"I agree with you- while the project is definitely a unique synth pop album, it's lyrics are too shallow and nothing about it really stands out to me in a positive manner. I don't think the production is insane even though it's different than the mainstream and many of the songs are pretty boring for me."
