he's doing it yet again. the live instrumentation, the layered vocals, the layered everything actually. couldn't be more excited for the album
this feels like a big step for peggy, which DEFINITELY means something with a discography like his. some of the most exciting ideas that he has ever brought to the table in here. beyond experimental. love it
i think this is my favorite metal song of all time. some of the hardest guitar riffs you'll ever hear in this
euphoria is arguably the better diss, but this is just such a smart move to make and even after over a month, it's still unforgettably catchy. can't wait to see this be performed in a show, shit might become geologically significant
the less serious u take it, the better it sounds. just so fun. danny brown was the perfect feature for this too
at least I can laugh at tom macdonald. there is NOTHING redeemable about this
this keeps getting better over time. outside of the actual disses, it's just so memorable and catchy. the instrumentals complement kendrick super well too
this the type of single that should make u expect a GKMC. shows how hungry he truly was during this era
the first 4 tracks is truly an incredible run and an amazing start to the album, but I find that it never really returns to that peak for the rest of the album (except Face to Face, that track is SO good). overall, it's still a great vibe and definitely revolutionary for its time.
this album to me is what FMTY was to his youtube rapper audience (which was also me). while it lacks the cohesion and consistency of IDMTHY, it has highs that go just as high if not even higher than that album ever does. and it's not like the tracks have absolutely no link either, there are constant themes of love and just connection to people in general. tracks like A LA CARTE, EASIER, GUIDE DOG, and so many more. the production on this is also arguably his best yet, I genuinely believe it's ... read more
this is THE album I would most consider an experience. it creates this one-of-a-kind atmosphere that's so immersive and dark, while simultaneously taking you deep into thom yorke's psyche. it goes into things like depression, stress, disassociation, and the like. he very clearly went through a lot ever since the release of OK Computer, and ironically enough, it lead to an album that's arguably better. pressure truly does make diamonds, huh? I could go on and on about the sonics of the album as ... read more
one of the greatest and most timeless instrumentals EVER. this is the beat that beats all really, it's just so iconic and perfect. not to mention the violent rapping that makes the experience so authentic as well. definitely makes sense that it's the highest rated single of all time currently
i am genuinely shocked by how actually embarrassing and cringe this is. there are moments where her flow is normal, but my god the moments where it's not. how did this unironically get released???
