Solid project from Cole though it feels like more of a mixtape. "t h e . c l i m b . b a c k" is a 10/10 song nevertheless.

DAMN. is a great album and could even get a higher rating, but it's the only Kendrick album where I feel some songs sound a bit out of date and like they belong back to 2017. Even "DNA." did not age in the best way for me - it's still a great song. But man there are some gems on here. "FEAR." or "DUCKWORTH." are some of the best songs K.Dot ever put out. While the second half is slightly better than the first one, Slowthai shows that he is capable of doing any style and any pace. His accents and voice are very appealing and bring out the best of the production.

It's too incosistent to be great but the highlights really shine on the Melodic Blue. Keem's style and beats are very unique but they work really well most of the time. "trademark usa" is exactly what I want to hear from him and shows his potential to put out some great work in the future.

4:44 is his best album since The Blueprint and probably his most personal. The production and sample game on here is crazy. "4:44", "The Story of O.J." and "Marcy Me" are outstanding.
