I expected something major, sadly I didn't enjoy Madonna's vocals and Sabrina's presence was quite short. Might grow on me, but Idk ๐ญ
Idk, I liked it lol
Probably biased bc I love FKA Twigs
This is the first Madonna song I remember listening to, when I was 4 or 5 years old, from one of my dad's DVDs with MVs from the 80s. Everytime I listen to this, it brings back a lot of nostalgia for my childhood, full of sweetness and innocence (just like this song), this classic 80's synthpop production and her voice convey that feeling and it makes me feel so joyous, for a moment at least. Such a pretty song โค๏ธ
Without a doubt, THE MOST ICONIC music video of all time, I'm sure everybody has watched this at least once in their lifetime, such a cinematic experience and a blueprint for MVs in showbusiness. All hail the king of pop!
Mariah! The queen of the whistle note and simply one of the greatest vocalists of all time.
This is a solid project of really good songs that weren't included in her original albums and now available on streaming services, mostly containing b-sides that I consider essential for fans or people who already listened her full discography.
The concept of getting up early every morning just to throw objects from the top of a mountain as an emotional self-care habit is something only Bjork would come up with. Honestly, one of the most healing songs to ever exist ... ohhh and the outro with the strings makes me ascend every single time.
A masterpiece of a pop song. 5 year old me felt like a bad bitch whenever this was playing, even if I didn't understand what was being sung I knew it was something special. Timbaland's energizing production as well as Nelly's charismatic vocals and sensuality created this magic, both were the real deal back then.
Since she unreleased this as a single, I'm rating the MV bc it elevated the song to a higher level, their fusion in aesthetics and style was everything! Once again, european girlies showing us how pop music is done BABY!
