Father electricity is a one of a kind track. Top 100 of the year for sure.
This Album is a defining album for Joan Of Arc. Tim and co. go all out, mixing electronic distortion, dark ambiance, gloomy chords and lyrics. On a first listen this might sound like avant-garde noise. Listen a few more times and the true nature of the album slowly reveals itself. Introspective lyrics and messages of alienation, vulnerability and salvation. Using Tim’s soft spoken lyrics as guide, listeners are taken through fields of distorted guitar and erratic percussion.
