i really liked revengeseekerz so i really wanted to like this but i just think the lyrics and shoegaze production don't mesh well and ends up muddling everything even further

i like drake with the melodies i don't like drake when he act tough
kinda had the same issue with this that i did with their debut, where the first few tracks HIT and everything else ranged from mid to some genuinely questionable songs with tasteless lyrics
love the epidemic of having some of your strongest tracks on the deluxe and some of the weakest on the album x
if you took the worst parts of gospel music, imagine dragons and chatgpt and combined them into one
on a more serious note, genuinely did not (want to) jump on the hate train and actually tried to give this a fair listen but... the only thing i cannot stand more than boring pop is fake deep pop. the melodies are really basic, the lyrics are bland and there just isn't anything interesting about these songs
