this album contains everything i love about los campesinos. the only problem is that some songs sound too similar to each other, but consistency isnt a bad thing i think

no but seriously, this album isnt as bad as most people make it out to be. sure, some songs (slow animals, chances, all the time) feel like filler, but everything else is more experimental and unique than bands earlier stuff. its biggest flaw is its production, which can be polarizing at times, but overall i think this album provides a good consistent vibe, that other albums after room on fire failed to deliver

at least its better than the latest gorillaz record

its pretty cool as an front to end album listen however the non-singles do not really stand out
